This 90 minute assessment goes beyond the basics and is designed to be significantly more detailed than standard high-street checks. We test your full range of hearing, speech-in-noise comprehension, and inner ear health. This service is ideal for those seeking a detailed understanding of their hearing and for those considering hearing aids and tinnitus management options. The £59 fee is fully redeemable against any hearing aid solution.

Ear Wax Removal

30 mins£59

The price is for one or two ears. Payment taken at the end of your appointment.

If you can, apply olive oil drops (Earol) twice daily for 2–5 days before your appointment.

If no wax is found, we will conduct a Full Hearing Assessment, and provide referral and/or advice.

If a follow up visit required within 2 weeks, there is a £25 charge.

My partner was having troubles with painful blocked ears and Matthew was as able to fit us in for a next day appointment when having troubles booking with other clinics, and her hearing has never felt clearer afterward. It was fast and Matthew was very kind and reassuring. Highly recommend.

I had my hearing test today and had a great experience. Matthew carried out the test and he was very friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout the appointment. He made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated.

Matthew was also very understanding and patient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a hearing test. Excellent service

I’m an international student and I was very satisfied with the service. I visited because my hearing was almost completely blocked due to earwax.

Matthew removed the earwax very gently and carefully, and it didn’t hurt at all. The whole process was very comfortable.

Even though I’m a foreigner and communication can sometimes be difficult, Matthew was extremely kind, patient, and considerate. He explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable and reassured throughout the appointment.

If I have the same problem again in the future, I will definitely come back.

I went in for an ear cleaning and the attention was excellent. Matt took the necessary time for the treatment and explained everything clearly.
