This was my first visit to Hearco at Brighton Marina. I have worn hearing aids for the best part of 10 years and I was most impressed with audiologist Matthew. He is friendly and welcoming and made you feel at ease but also very professional. I had wax removal followed by a hearing test and then had new hearing aids fitted. This was all completed in a friendly, caring and professional manner
with a follow up appointment arranged to make sure I am happy and satisfied with my new hearing aids. Excellent service. Thank you.

A Fantastic Experience with Matthew at Hearco

I have now seen Matthew, the owner of Hearco, twice, and I honestly cannot thank him enough.

Matthew fitted me with two hearing aids, and they have been an absolute game changer. He is a genuinely great guy — extremely friendly, approachable and easy-going, while being incredibly professional.

Matthew showed great patience with me throughout the whole process and took the time to make sure everything was right for me. The practice itself is superb, and the level of care and professionalism is second to none.

For me, the difference has been life-changing. I can now enjoy the sounds of nature again, have proper conversations and attend meetings without feeling embarrassed or isolated because I couldn’t hear properly.

Thanks to Matthew, I feel like I’m on another level!

Even though it's not great to learn you have moderate hearing loss at higher frequencies (although, I suspected as much), I 'enjoyed' my appointment at Hearco and feel as though I'm in very good hands while I nagivate my future with aids...
