I used to go to Boots for my annual hearing test, and to have my ears syringed and 5 years ago I purchased my first pair of hearing aids from them and was very please with the service I received. On my last visit to Boots however I was very disappointed to find that all the audiologist seemed concerned with was selling me new hearing aids.  18 months ago my son recommended Hearco at Brighton Marina, which is an independent audiologist and I have been going there ever since and have been very pleased with the personal service I have received.  Also their prices are much more competitive than the large companies for both the routine visits and the times when you need to update your hearing aids.  Just to add they have the latest up-to-date equipment and its easy and free parking.

Whilst on holiday in Brighton I had a problem with my ear closing over. I was able to get an appointment with Matthew at Hearco, easily booked online. Matthew identified the problem and started the process of removing the wax. He was very professional and advised what was happening throughout the process. Photos were taken to show a clear view of the ear drum afterwards. Would highly recommend Matthew.
